Can you fit two of the .22 magnum shells side-by-side in each of those .410 chambers? If so, that would make it a 10-shot .22 magnum revolver, right?
A .45 Colt / 410 chamber is about .485" wide, and the .22 WMR's are only .242" each...

(running the numbers in my head)
It might work, especially if you used a little rock hammer to tap the rimfires in, if they're too tight to load by hand!
