Item Description: I have two mini smokers that I hand made. They are a little bigger than a mini Weber Smokey Mountain. I painted these myself with 500 degreen engine paint. One is red with black harware, and one is all black with silver hardware. Each smoker will fit 2 10lb boston butts or 4 racks of baby back ribs or a full packer brisket folded in half.
I have built my own and used it for 4 years now with no issues. I build them for friends and family. I have these two extras that I don't need. One load of charcoal will let you cook for about 6-8 hours without refilling. You can also remove the center section to use it as a normal grill.
