Item Description: Ultradyne 5 Slot Chassis for Remington 700 short action and clones (like Bergara). Includes Magpul PRS Lite buttstock and Ultradyne RH thumbrest grip. Essentially brand new. Will ship for $350. (It may be disassembled for easier shipping). I’m just a more traditional stock kind of guy, I suppose. Will travel 40 mile radius or ship (included in price)

It is still available, however I am not sure if it will fit the Howa. I don’t think so, but I know it fits Bergara B14 and Remington 700 actions with all barrel profiles, even heavy.

No, but the PRS Lite stock is adjustable for length of pull and comb height.
