Sami is correct that the serial number comes back as Winchester. If you look under the rear sight it should say Winchester. Look to either side of the sight and see if you can see a "W" or "R" on the receiver. It was rearsenaled at some point in time as you can tell by the bayonet mount. You are missing the oiler can which holds the rear sling. Inside the sling well you see IO which stands for Inland Overton. Too bad the stock was refinished as that takes away some value. You should see a name on the barrel behind the front sight which will tell you who made the barrel. Most likely Underwood. If you do have an Import Mark on the barrel such as Blue Sky, that does take away from the value somewhat. Good luck selling, if no one else is interested, I certainly am.
