Honestly I don’t remember lol. I’m sure they have the difference posted on the Glock website. Only thing I remember for sure is that they changed something about the grips

Its not a gen 5. Gen 5 is for the larger models not the single stack models. They look similar though. There currently isnt a gen associated with the slim line pistols.

Oh that’s new info for me. All this time I thought it was a gen 5 cus that’s what the gun store told me when I purchased it a year or 2 ago. They told me it was different from the original G43 and different from the G43X.

Never take information from gunshops as gospel. Most of them are just salesman selling a product. There has been many a false statements at guns shops before. Doesnt mean all of them Arent knowledgeable, just not all are. Doesnt take away from your gun at all, still a great glock.

Well I guess we both learned something , I have 1 also In the safe , I plan on carrying it more this Summer & agree they are sweet nice sized glocks that actually fit my smaller hand .
