Item Name: Item Gone: FS vintage Breitling Navitimer. Runs and keeps time, but need some work.

Item Description: I have no idea the year of manufacture. This was my Dad's watch. I know that he was gifted this watch by a fellow member of the 503rd Airborne some time in the the early 70's or perhaps the late 60's. I know he definitely had this by 1975. The watch still runs and keeps excellent time. As you can see in the photos, there are no personalized engravings. The small right side hand is off -- and of course, still inside -- you can see it at about the 4:00 position. Obviously, that is not an original Breitling band. The original was leather. Dad replaced it with this el cheapo band in the late 90's. I think his exact words were, "I'm not payin' $300 for damn watch band."
The glow in the dark parts have lost their glowing in darkness capacity.
I have left it exactly as he left it. It does need a little TLC, but if you are into watches you know exactly what this is.
