Winchester Model 100 semi auto 22" Barrel, manufactured in 1964, ser.# 86xxx. Came out of an estate, checkered stock with some mild handling sign, bluing is VG/EX, original, and gun was never scoped. Fold down rear and hooded front sight. Gun is set up with a left hand safety, which is reversible, few other ones in this estate set up same way. Original magazine.

Is the checkering "cut checkering" or impressed? That appears to be the only difference between a pre-64 and post 64 in this model.

Winchester known to use pre64 surplus on some post guns, looks good but will have to say impressed. Thanks

That is hand checkered stock the post 64 models are a pressed basket weave, totally different look
