Item Description: Winchester model 70 featherweight XTR in .30-06 in fantastic shape for its age (believe its a 1980) and it has a new Leupold 3x9/40 scope sighted in on top. XTR was top of the line, beautiful checkering, jeweled bolt with knurled handle, grade A walnut stock, blueing is in 98% or better condition, winchester red pad and because its a featherweight its has a sportier stock profile and shorter barrel in a light weight package.
Rifle is smooth as glass and shoots great even in .30-06 it isnt too bad kick wise for such a small handy rifle. Tthe leupold is sighted in @ 100 yards and brand new.
Love the rifle but in need of some cash, asking $1000 for rifle and scope.
