PM me what you are wanting and some pics of the antlers so I know what a gauge is! Thanks

Here are some pictures of some gauges. They can be simple dual-tapered polished/rough-sided plugs/tunnels or any random curved taper that ends in the correct diameter with an abruptly larger diameter stopper. For the taper, it would have to be smooth to pass through the ear, but the flat side of the stopper can be rough. For a tunnel or plug, you can see from the two examples that the flat sides can be rough or smooth. The concave ring and edges have to be polished smooth to saddle the hole in my ear like a wheel in a tire. The last person that made me some compared it to making bone beads. I have measurements and metal ones to model off of to help as well.

I really don't want anything complicated. Some simple plugs that somehow show off the nice look of the bone on the flat sides is what I'm going for. The only real catch is that I have 4 different sized holes in each ear, and it couldn't hurt to have a spare, so 12 of those (3 each of the 4 sizes). The largest holes are still smaller than dimes, so there will plenty of extra antler. Depending on what you plan to do with the rest and what parts get used for the guages, It would be nice to also salvage two of the tips, so I can polish and para-cord them into pendants for the ol' lady and myself later, but I'd really be happy with just finally having the plugs made. That's the whole reason I ended up with the rack to begin with.

Give op a chance first if he doesnt wanna do it i will. How many mm are your gauges?

Op completely has first dibs. I'm just answering you both outside of PM and had the pictures to your question first lol. Guages are 4g (5mm), 2g (6-6.5mm), 0g (8.25mm), and 00g (9-10mm)

I've never turned those before...now at least I know what you were referring to. I will let BobcatMan BobcatMan have a go at it, I'm tied up with 700 blanks to turn. ;). Thanks though.
