Item Description: 16 Inch, 5.56mm Upper, 1:7 twist. Not much else to say, it's been sitting in my safe for two years since getting a piston upper - time to move on.
Up to 1,000 rounds through it, but I wasn't counting. It does have beauty marks on the brass deflector.
