Item Description: Got the trade bug so I’m posting up one of my Marlins to see what’s out there. This is a great shooter quality example of the sought after straight stocked “Texan” 336 Marlins. Y serial number prefix puts her birth day in 1964 back before the crossbolt safety and Remlins. (Yes the barrel is JM stamped) Shows signs of use but hasn’t been abused, just used as a gun like this should be! The “bullseye” in the stock has has a sling stud screwed into it but that’s an easy fix for anyone who is willing to do it. Currently has a Simmons scope mounted on it and a sling. Will come with 3 boxes of federal fusion 170gr to get you shooting!
I’m pretty open as far as trades go but I will be picky as this is one of my favorites, these will peak my interest the most: other JM Marlin lever guns, revolvers in 357mag.
