Item Description: FOR SALE -- $750 or TRADE for ..... a set up Ruger Mini 30, (older wood type preferred) such as the one in the provided pic, I would like to trade the pictured “Carrying” Case and all contents, with any of our many patriots that can use this (Legal to Own and Use) Zastava PAP M92PV 7.62 X 39 10.25” Barrel Pistol, equipped with an arm brace to assist those where arm/shoulder/back injuries have occurred. Brace can be easily removed if desired. ——Trade value difference can be determined and/or discussed. Located in Kathleen—in Middle Ga. ..... I also will consider, offers of other variations of AK47s including a Saiga-12 or 20 Gauge shotgun.
A through review can be found on the M92 in the issue shown, of the AK47 magazine. For serious persons interested, an area for test firing prior to trade/buy will be provided if desired.
For anyone interested, the weapon is completely legal, your "intent" .... is what "COULD " make it "illegal" .... ..... here is the link concerning the use and " illegal use" of the M92 Pistol ............ https://www.atf.gov/sites/default/f...ter_on_the_redesign_of_stabilizing_braces.pdf ....... I for one would never have the "intent" to use it as a shoulder pistol .... unless the zombies wouldn't stop coming, and I didn't have time to "strap" it on my wrist/arm, would that then, make it legal to use in "self-defense" ... I doubt it, these days --- you would have to ask the intruders --- "wait until I can strap it on, so I can legally shoot back" ........ Gotta love the logic put out by the "upper management" ...... lol
