Item Description: Aluma Craft 14' Aluminum boat with Trailer and Minn Kota 65 trolling motor.
This puppy has been sitting for a while as I waited for my Grandson to get old enough to take him out. We've since bought some property nowhere near a lake.
There is a sizable creek nearby but a canoe is about as big as we can go. Pulled it out and hosed it off a bit for the pics below.
Boat hasn't been in water for several years. I've owned it for at least 25 and has never leaked on me. Could use a good scrubbing. The wood on the back needs replacing but it certainly still holds the trolling motor with no issue.
Trailer needs brushing and painting but works fine as it sits. Had new inner tubes put in the tires yesterday. The marine rope had broken so I have some nylon rope on there for now. Since it stretches, you'd probably want to replace the rope.
Tested the trolling motor and all speeds forward and reverse worked fine. Need a set screw to adjust height. Works fine but the shroud on the top cover is held on with tape.
That's about all the bad I can think of. It's a boat. It floats. Motor will push you around on a lake at trolling speed. Trailer will get you from here to there. Has a few cosmetic issues as you can see from pics.
Looking to trade for a .357 straight up. Found quite a few boat and trailer only ads in various places for $500 so I'll say $400-450 trade value with the trolling motor and condition issues.
Of course, cold hard cash spends at the gun store so I might not turn that down either.
