Why is a Norinco better than a Russian? I've never heard tale of this.

I may have been told some bad info when I bought the rifle let me fix it after doing some more research

But amidst research people seem to be split, the Chinese variant being higher quality stock, and the Russian being great but made as cheaply as possible.
