Rifle can/will be built to spec, but the basics are:
16" - 1:8 twist, billet upper and lower, M16 bolt.

Here is a pic of a $1300 trade value rifle. (optic not included)
MagPul furniture, Integrity lower, forward assist, dust shield, B.A.D. lever.
