Item Description: Never thought it’d come to this but I’m putting my beloved Ruger on the chopping block.
Ruger m77 mkii in 7mm mag. Walnut stock, deep blued metal, tang safety with red butt pad.
This is a beautiful rifle. I bought it because I collect mkii’s but have yet to shoot it. Just been sitting in my safe. What I could use is another platform in 7.62x39. So it’s up for trade. Trade only.
Rifle is in excellent condition. Metal is 99%. Wood is 95% with one small scratch on the rear of the stock and one small spot when the clear has rubbed off. And I do mean small. I may take an iron and damp towel to the scratch the pull the scratch out and coat the stock with linseed to correct it. Just wanted to list as it is in case someone had other plans. The rifle is clean and it is the older, sought after mkii.
I know trading it for something like an SKS is absurd but realistically I could actually use something in 7.62x39. That’s not to say I’m going to give it away. Trades need to be realistic and somewhat equal in value. If not cash to boot.
