Item Description: Ok, let’s try this again. I am seeking a high end, factory made battle rifle in .308/7.62 NATO with a full top rail and a 16” barrel. I really prefer a LWRC REPR MKII with fluted barrel, but will consider others. Not interested in HK (too heavy and pricey) or SCAR. Not interested in anything with a stainless steel barrel or low end rifles (think Sig, and all of those other standard AR-10 types). What do you have ? Thanks

I have hopes of finding a REPR MKII, but looking at other options. I like the LaRue OBR, but those have a stainless steel barrel (blackened) I believe. Definitely do not want stainless as the barrel life isn’t great.

I added a full length top rail to my 16.25” Socom length M14 battle rifle in .308/7.62 NATO, and put it in a light weight chassis stock. Works for me.
