what!!! total offences equal 140 years !!! but he never served more than a year on all those crimes till now WTH ( just DAMN )
From what I had heard from the detectives he robbed his parents as well, he was strung out on meth and when they ended up catching him he was breaking into another house and a neighbor spotted him in the act. When I showed up he was still in my house or just leaving. It was the middle of July and my house was still cold inside with a door wide open and a window open. By the time the cops showed up 10 minutes later the house had already got hot. I came in the house with a G21 in hand before I called the police, he's lucky he made it out when he did. I called my ex and told her if I didn't call her back in five minutes to call the law.

Justice? what a lack of justice for sure! we the people need more rights than the Perp's

The guy is 5' 6" tall @ a stout 140. If I see him I will do more than kick him in the nuts. I will slam that noodle back and forth on the cement like a GI Joe action figure. If I kick him I am afraid he will fly to far and I won't be able to find him again. LOL What a punk Bitch meth head.

That's why I carry a Personal Articles Policy with State Farm. I give them a description of the gun with the serial number and a value I rate the gun at with all the accessories. They take all the values of all the guns and add them up and based on that figure give me a monthly payment which barely exceeds 18 bucks a month.
A home owners policy only covers 2500 in guns and personal property of that nature. So I figure since it's illegal for the insurance co. to use those serial numbers for anything other than recovery of the items stolen then it's ok. I don't mind having a record of my guns that won't be lost in a fire or flood or any other natural disaster. It's a very good thing to have. They cut you check for the stated value no questions asked. I know it can't replace the sentimental value but having one just like it might take some of the agony away. Call your local agent and ask about the PAP policy. It's safe, it's private and best of all you don't have to worry about your babies if you leave the house.
If thieves hook up a chain to your safe and yank it through the wall and make off with it, it's all covered and you get a check for 18,000 dollars. I just used that number but you get what ever the total sum of your policy states.
Thats a great concept that I plan on checking into. But I will speak from experience: Ive never recieved money from an insurance company where no questions were asked.

I hate to take up for insurance companies but we had a storage shed burn completely up. It had a lot of my my "man" stuff in it, some of which was pretty esoteric. 40 yrs. of stuff.

Went through the rubble and made a list as best I could, used Cabela and BassPro for replacement value, and they cut a check, no questions asked.

Alum. storage building burnt completely up - wasn't a wheelbarrow of debris left from the building.

Would you be kind enough to PM me the name of insurance company and/or the agents name and phone number. I can honestly say that I heve never had a positive experience with an Insurance claim,EVER...Thanks.

Will try to do so, several years ago, need to dig through some records.

Have to say, I have butted heads with ins. co. over the silliest things, and this one was shockingly smooth.
