Item is for: Sale/Trade NOT SPECIFIED

Willing to Ship: No

Item Description: Looking for a Vietnam style M16 or CAR15 replica rifle. I have a 74 AM-General M818 and would like a blue gun or plastic version of the M16 or CAR15 to mount in the cab. I use this truck in parades and shows, trying to add to the proper look and feel. Would also be interested in a M60 or Browning M2 replica.

I’ve got one my neighbor gave me years ago…. He said he had another one then, I’ll ask about it…

Well, mine is an A2 also, the forearms don’t come off…
I tried getting them off in the past because they are actually two separate pieces on mine, like the real rifle. Unfortunately one of the pins in the FSB is rusted in too tight to drift out. I got one out but not the other. If you could pull the FSB off, you could probably pull the guards off too. It's a standard A2 profile heavy barrel, FSB, and triangular guard cap.

Yours looks almost like an A2 body and guards with an A1 pencil barrel (if it's a real barrel), kind of odd. I guess they were throwing these things together with whatever parts they had in surplus at the time.

I was fixing to list mine for sale anyway.
