Save some money and get a super safety instead.
The learning curve is steep and takes time. Plus you have to modify your trigger group and are adding plastic to the equation.

I'd avoid the WOT (if I remember correctly, that's the Big Daddy Unlimited one?) If that's the case, avoid at all costs. Super shady company.

Atf was ordered to return all sizes frts back, so that includes 100k plus that will hit the market from rare breed alone. And why you no like Rare Breed? They did the leg work on development and the leg work on the lawsuit. Was it the early batches pinching the spring issue?

I will say the issue with standard frt is that it lacks the ability of select fire. It's always nice to have options. I remember RB was going to offer up select fire model, but all in was around $800. Super safety would win in that side by side, but I do wonder how intuitive it is to go in and out of modes with it since it is cross bolt style? Serious question, I have never put my hands on one.

I wouldnt mind an frt, but yes id heard they need a little bit more tuning than the others. If rarebreed becomes the most viable option, ill go with them

Had my first 223 up and running in minutes. But it was more of a challenge to get my 300blk upper to run like it should. Had to use a centering block.

You can buy the trigger precut and the super safeties are all made out of metal. Only plastic piece is a centering block and that’s only needed if you have an m16 trigger pocket.

I’ve got an extra one with a cut trigger or can recommend a website for anyone interested.

It’s very intuitive once you get the hang of it.

My second SS is made from S7 tool steel, but came with a rounded detent which made changing modes mushy feeling. I put my regular detent back in and it really helped get rid of that.

You do have to run the SS with a decent amount of grease. And it’s best to buy an H3 buffer if you don’t already have one. My 223 and 300blk run fine with H2 buffer.

Hell post it up!

I thought the guys manufacturing the metal ones got raided? Did they turn the machines back on after the frt decision?

There’s a ton of guys making them out of just about any metal you could want. Twin Bros never got raided is the consensus. They just pulled an exit scam and left with a ton of money. Twin bros just announced they are coming back and have been banned from most groups.
