Last time I checked An individual between 18 and 21 years of age may acquire a handgun from an unlicensed individual who resides in the same State, provided the person acquiring the handgun is not otherwise prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms under Federal law. A Federal firearms licensee may not, however, sell or deliver a firearm other than a shotgun or rifle to a person the licensee knows or has reasonable cause to believe is under 21 years of age.

Regardless. This ad is posted in the wrong section and requesting to purchase a handgun (while being under 21) throws many red flags. Not to mention your diatribe about the legality is suspicious on its face.

You are looking to puchase a handgun, must be 21. This has the same ring of the guy in TN a few days ago, also 0/0 feedback that wanted to sell a Glock to one of us in GA and got bent out of shape when we quoted the laws. His "explanation" of the law was similar to the OPs post. ATF phishing??
