No, they’re fairly much in tandem, maybe it’s caffeine (coffee) as I understand it temporarily shrinks blood vessels in eyes
Well if that's it, stop doing caffeine. Do you smoke, that effects it too. Can you imagine, I had to do without caffeine for several decades now. And a lot of days I only had 4 maybe 5hrs of sleep for years. People didn't know how I did it

I've always called that a half moon.... a quarter is a quarter.
Then there's a fingernail moon.
