Item Description: 1969 International Harvester Scout 800A
196 CI big block 4 cylinder. 3 speed on the floor. Dana 44 front and rear. 4 wheel drive works great. A/T tires in good shape.
69,000 miles Has new leaf springs, shocks, bushings, wheel cylinders, home made front and rear bumpers with 2" receivers, grade 8 hardware, and much more. Have receipts for everything.
Problems:
Clogged rear brake line.
Gas gauge does not work.
No parking brake.
This truck belongs to my son. It belonged to my father for about 20 years before him and we used it at the hunting property. My son did the work on it to make it road worthy and had it tagged and insured for about 2 months but due to his driving record couldn't afford the insurance. He has over $2000 of receipts for the parts and did the work himself. More pictures are available. Can be driven gently home.
