Item Description: I have decided to let my mint condition Remington 1100 go. I have enjoyed this shotgun for many years but it has always just sat in my safe. It needs to be used or shown and i am parting with it. This 12 gauge is in impeccable condition and was bought new in 1976 by my dads friend who passed it to him and i became the owner several years ago. It has been shot maybe a total of 20 rds as my father never shot it. There is not a scratch on it that i can see. The bluing is 100% the wood is excellent and all original. It still has the factory shell restrictor plug in it. You will not find a nicer one anywhere, they are not built like this anymore. It does have the 28” vent ribbed barrel with MOD choke. bore is shiny and rust free. It has been oiled and cleaned annually and shows zero signs of wear or abuse
Serial number starts with “M” and the date code is CI
