The CE light has been turned off by Toyota, Japanese Motor Works, and a local shop, but it comes back on.
It's been on for years, the engine performs flawlessly, and none of the shops know why the light stays on.

No hub caps. They are 15" wheels, and there are many inexpensive options available.

It could be an O2 sensor or even a pin hole vac leak. I wouldn't worry about it. I got a 94 LE 4 cyl from my mom in 07 that had 310K showing when I got it. Toyota products are hard to beat.

And the light has to come on briefly when you turn the key on but don't start it
The smog guy will check

I know a guy that hooked his light to a timer to get around that
But they will also plug up to the computer in the car to check for codes
