Item Description: These are extremely hard to find. It is 21' long, tongue to rear bumper, & weights 4k lbs. The beds are on the ends & swing open. It sleeps 7 with the dinette folded down, or more if they are kids.
It has a separate working AC, heat, tub & toilet, stove, 2 propane tanks, sink, fridge, radio & hook ups for a tv.
Priced to sell fast.

Roof condition? Tires? Microwave? Oven? Interior pictures would help.

Roof was resealed a few years ago after a leak was found. It was in a corner & you don't see the affected area. Tires have alot of tread & it pulls smooth at 60 mph on back roads.
Microwave but no oven. All appliances work.
The porcelain toilet needs to reinstalled. The PO removed it every season to winterize it.
