Location: MARIETTA
Zip Code: 30060
Item is for: Sale Only
Sale Price: 16,500
Willing to Ship: No
Bill of Sale Required?: No
Item Description: 2008 Wrangler Unlimited
3.8L V6
4x4
142K miles
Manual transmission
$16,500
Lifted (not sure the height) 37x12.5(...ugh...I'll have to double check but I believe that's what they are...about 5k left on them) Solid vehicle, everything works(AC, stereo, lights, ect ). Not selling the winch with it, pulled it off a few days ago...There aren't to many manual's around so if you're looking for one, now is your chance.
Top is in good shape. That paint on the hood sort of is what it is; it was like that when I got it and it hasn't gotten any worse so there's that. I had the catalytic converters done 10-20k miles ago, as well as had cruise control installed and have receipts for all work done. I included the CarFax I did when I got it (2016) and it hasn't had any accidents or anything since (just trying to help people out). Has a few aftermarket parts, mainly all the rough country stuff, stereo, lights, ect...
I wasn't so sold on the rough country stuff but I operate by an "upgrade as it breaks" philosophy and so far the rough country stuff hasn't had any issue. I can't say I've been super hard on the vehicle but I haven't been easy on it either. With the exception of the occasional tire wobble which can happen with 37's I haven't had any issues with this vehicle.
Reason for selling: That 4runner in the background is also mine. The GF doesn't drive stick and honestly it just kinda "drives" better. I've had jeeps all my life and they drive like jeeps. I really like the JK. It has tons of room (I'm 6' and I can lay down in the back with room), looks killer, and is a beast off road (the 4runner is solid, but the jeep is better)...But I don't do a ton of off-roading. Any camping trail I take is rated a 2 and I see people up there with Subaru's and **** so why all the extra cost of a jeep? Cause don't kid yourself, if this is your first one, they drain your wallet. It's going to need tires soon which is also a reason I'm selling. 37's ain't cheap and then I'm killing myself with the decision of if I drop down to 35's and what that will look like, ect...
I'd be willing to work with people but I believe I'm already on the low side with the price. Honestly, It's been a solid car and I'd prefer it go to a good home. Message with any questions.
