Item Description: 60.11 acres of hardwoods and pines with a natural pond. This land would make a great private hunting spot as well as a beautiful homesite. The land is bordered by irrigated agriculture. Property is rural, but not remote, neighbors are around on other large tracts and less than 15 min to a grocery store and other amenities in town. Property is located on HWY 128 between the towns of Reynolds and Oglethorpe, 2 hours south of ATL, under an hour from Macon, about 3 hours north of the FL/GA line. Property is high and dry over 75% of the area, other than the creek bottom and pond. A gravel base road provides access to the center of the property off of HWY 128. Easy access to power and water. Will consider owner financing with large down payment. Call Derek at 478-220-8727

So is this is Macon...or Indiana as indicated by your map? :-) How much of the 60 acres is field/pasture vs hardwoods and how many acres is the pond?

Nice! Is there a PVC pipe anywhere on the property?
If there isn't one would show up not long after I bought it...just to keep that legend alive.
I spent a couple of years in Marshallville back in the early 70's...are the snakes still as bad as they used to be?
