Snipers usually have bent bolt handles, don't they?

It could be an ex-sniper, with the mounting holes in the receiver filled in and a standard bolt in place of the original bent one, but originally yes, due to the way the bolt and scope fit it would have to have a bent bolt handle.

ETA - The upper hand guard and barrel bands should be slid back to the rear sight, they might be/come loose as they are.

What are the markings on the top of the receiver/barrel shank. Should have a date and arsenal markings. Also, does it have any "SA" or "D" markings on the barrel shank also?
