Don't know much (anything) about these. Does anything go on the end of the spring? Do you have to use this BCG for this to work? Thanks

If I remember the demo I saw on this right, all the parts work together as a system. You can't swap in a different BCG, although I believe all the actual parts except the carrier itself are standard.

It's like those collapsing PDW stocks... you need some way to reduce the 'natural' size of the buffer tube, which means a custom BGC.

The spring goes against the end of the tube on one end, and around that extension at the end of the BCG at the other, which is actually the buffer weight.

The spring is slightly longer and heavier than a carbine length spring. There is nothing between the spring and the tube. The bolt carrier inserts into the end of the spring. Yes, you have to use the YM bolt carrier for this to work. The spring rides onto the YM bolt carrier about two inches.
