This rifle has been used in re-enactments. It is in good condition but there is some light rusting in the barrel. Comes with the reproduction carrying strap.
I'm using Midway's description of this rifle: The 1853 3-Band Enfield 58 caliber Rifled Musket saw service with both the Northern and Southern troops during the Civil War. This replica has all the features of the original including a one piece, oil finished American walnut stock, original styled barrel bands and blued 39" barrel with 1 in 48" twist. The Enfield is accented with brass butt plate, trigger guard and nose cap just like the original. The "V" style mainspring in the percussion lock and military style sights complement this fine musket.
Meet in Macon, Forsyth or Milledgeville. Edited to remove shipping as option for this rifle. I do not have the required packaging to ship this safely. It is too long.
