Item Description: Here is a fine example of the great SKB-made Weatherby shotguns. Built in Japan, this Orion model dates from the early to mid 90s judging by the Atascadero California address on the barrel and the EO serial number prefix. This is a like new condition gun that has seen only light use. It has 26" vent rib barrels (2 3/4 or 3" chambers) with ejectors and a single selective trigger. The walnut furniture shows flawless checkering on the forend and Prince of Wales grip. LOP is factory original at 14.5" fitted with the original Weatherby recoil pad. Included are S, IC, M and F chokes and a choke wrench. The chokes are the same as and interchange with original Browning Invectors. At 7.4 lbs, this is a fine upland hunting gun that shoulders quickly and swings effortlessly.
I live and work in the Athens area and am willing to travel a moderate distance to meet. $1000 cash or best reasonable offer.
