Since I've recently learned that black powder weapons are considered "antique weapons" by the federal gov't and not liable to the shipping restrictions of modern firearms, I would consider shipping this to a buyer who is legally eligible to purchase it, if the buyer was willing to pay the shipping charges. To be fair, though, shipping could be relatively expensive since it's fairly heavy.
I have one of these. Not a kit gun but the same model, made by Traditions. It is a fun gun to load and shoot. Gets lots of attention at the range when the smoke starts to blow. It is a .44 ball, BTW.

Still up for grabs folks, and as I said earlier I will consider shipping since black powder weapons don't require an FFL.
