Not quite comparing apples to apples here, are you?
I have numerous rifles and pistols that will feed this ammo, but I couldn't see paying more for it than LR.
I'm afraid the longer he holds it the less it'll be worth. If it were me I'd just buy a gun that would shoot them.
Note to wife; Honey I bought the wrong ammo, so I have to go buy this gun to shoot it. Wife says, OK.
I didn't know they even made 22 Long anymore... I can't see why any manufacturer would bother unless there are some vintage guns out there that can't use LR.
Anyway, I'd hardly say this was a case of 'flipping', since it's such an oddball round.

You best just buy a nice single shot or something and enjoy this ammo..
Yeah definitely not trying to "flip" the ammo. I just don't have a use for it and can't justify purchasing a rifle to shoot this so figured i would throw it out to see if someone who knows what it is could use it. I am open to all reasonable offers im just not going to loose a lot of money on it. Worse case scenario ill keep it and eventually get something to fire it with.
