This is the same one I had up a few months ago… but I got some bad advice and I soaked it in a “new cleaner” I was testing and it ate up the cheap finish. Charter Arms will refinish it for you for 100$. My asking price takes that into consideration. Still a 100% functional pistol and accurate shooting

I wonder if that special cleaner was strong enough to damage the internals?

It was a product called Bullsnot, which in its defense does not claim to be a gun cleaner, but a friend of mine peddles the stuff, gave me a free sample, and told me it worked wonders cleaning guns, so I figured I’d try it on something cheap and that I didn’t care about
