Item Description: SOLD PENDING MEET - Cleaning out the safe queens. For your viewing pleasure is a Colt MKIV Series 70 Government model 1911. Comes with two Colt mags, one has never been used. Gun shows some wear at the muzzle from being carried but is overall in great shape ! Currently wearing hogue rosewood grips. Built in 1977 per the S/N. No box or docs. Price is firm, no trades please.

Last time it listed I had two guys say they would take it but no one has come to get it so i am relisting it.

Per the serial number it was built in 1977.

So you prefer the 1970 -76 versions over the 77 and newer versions. I already stated it was a 1977 implying the 70 was the suffix.
