I have a brand new unfired Colt contract upper all factory colt minus the charging handle and handguards, the carry handle is surplus gwot era colt carry handle, and charging handle is bkf, I just lost interest in this upper, I'm asking $400 for it as local cash deal, I do not feel comfortable shipping I only want to do public meet up face to face only.
