Nice, but have to pass.. Carbon fiber is not that pliable..when it breaks, I just breaks.. So no good here

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but its just the finish to look like carbon fiber, its not actually made of carbon fiber.

I'm sure the OP is heartbroken that you are not interested. Great way to make an impression...

The carbon fiber edition made with standard aluminum Colt and Magpul polymer parts, dipped and coated to look like carbon fiber.

As far as real carbon fiber goes, I've seen Carbon Fiber Drive Shafts outperform steel when torque is applied, even when using very thin walled tubes. I have no problem trusting quality Carbon Fiber parts like hand guard tubes, or even fancy receivers.

I have a Ruger 10/22 barrel that is pretty much a pencil thin steel barrel, sleeved with carbon fiber. It weighs nothing, and groups as good or better than factory bull barrels.
