They have no markings, so I couldn't really tell you anything other than a dark wood.
Cool Hand makes some nice CZ grips. I love the classic wood grips, but G10 grips are a totally different look. If I didn't have a 75B already, I would be looking hard at this. The MOST accurate handgun I own, and I own some expensive handguns much less accurate. You won't be disappointed if you get this.

I have, and I prefer the price of the cool hand grips. Lol
I’m starting to think OP should sell his grips for $50 and I will buy his gun for $450. Lol. Because his gun is the real star here, at an excellent price with nice grips.
