What kinda shells would it have shot ,just never had one that old ,was it flint lock or just a regular 12 gauge modern ammo center fire .0r is it old enough for some other type of older ammo??

I have no idea how old this shotgun is. This gun probably fired old black powder paper shells. The hammer hits the firing pin that strikes the shell. Same system we use today.
