Item Description: I have 2 Elmer Keith hardback books...both books are in good condition, they are not new, but they have never been abused...just read. The Sixguns cover is a little ruffled around the edges with one tear on the front, top left corner and a smaller one in the same location on the back...both covers show a little yellowing, with the Sixguns showing more, due to it being almost 20yrs older. The pages in both books are slightly yellowed as pages will do with age. The binding on both books is tight and the hardcovers are in good condition. Overall, classic books in good condition.

This is a package only deal and the price is firm...$150 shipped...USPS money order for payment.

After shipping costs of about $10, that will be $90 for "Hell, I Was There" and $50 for "Sixguns by Keith"...that is a fair price for these books in this condition.

I agree...unfortunately, there are not a lot of folks that know anything about him. I guess that is because so few are really guns guys and shooters...to the extent that they delve into handloading, bullet casting and ballistics.

I really enjoy re-reading all of the old gun/hunting authors. I have all of those plus Roark, Pondoro Taylor, Bell, and Townsend Whelen. GLWS.
