I promise you, this thing is in excellent condition.
Plenty of storage inside.
The J hooks on the roof rack for the kayaks will come with the camper, they can be easily removed to carry a Jon boat instead.
 
We had a pop up when I was growing up. My dad set it up in the yard and my brothers and I would stay out all summer! Only time we came in the house was to eat or use the bathroom! Good times!

Reminds me of me and my 2 little brothers camping in the backyard, it was an adventure.
You’re never too old to camp in the yard! Lol
We even had the 2 soup cans and string running from the tent to the 2nd floor in case of an emergency we could call Mom. :becky:

At 64 years of age, I miss those times terribly....
