Yea, Already had an PM about the round thing (cleaning kit) as someone thought it was a "can" and was telling me that it was illegal. LOL
Wow...What is the fascination with people proving their ignorance on suppressors? I don't know how many times I have seen reference to folks sending PM's and texts stating that suppressors are illegal. Just for the record and for those out there that haven't bothered to research the laws regarding suppressors, THEY ARE COMPLETELY LEGAL in GA. They DO require a ONE TIME class three transfer stamp of $200 PER OWNER. You do not pay it again. If you sell it(through a CLASS II or III FFL), the buyer must pay $200 again to have it transferred to them. That's my $0.02 as best I know it. I will know "For Sure" in a few months when I have completed the process.
That's EXACTLY how it works.. I can go to any of the 4 shops in my area and buy one.. They are LEGAL in Georgia.. Dummy head people!! Lol
