Bought this new on Amazon and found out this would not work at my house without electrical upgrade so I just a remove and replace. This heater has never been used or installed. Comes with everything from the factory including a valve kit. Paid $619 asking $500 but will consider any offer. Thanks for your time.

Those just plug into a standard 120v outlet. You just need to make sure you have ample gas to it and vent it to the outside.
