Item Name: FS Ford Mechanics F150 Steal
Location: Grayson
Zip Code: 30017
Item is for: Sale Only
Sale Price: 2500
Willing to Ship: No
Bill of Sale Required?: Yes
Item Description: This 1994 F150 was parked at my father’s house 3 years ago when I slung a rod through the oil pan. I finally bought a new (remanufactured) $1500 motor for it through Auto Zone and had a buddy help me put together a parts list. I’m not a motor guy, so I bought the parts and now they sit.
The truck has tires 33” tires with 50 miles on them and no dry rot, just need aired up. The interior is near perfect and exceptional for the year. It has an automatic transmission and the 5.0L 302. I am SICK of looking at it waste away. I want it gone and will eat the money lost. I paid $3500 for it, drove it less than a month and then killed the motor. If you’re a motor man and want a good project, here ya go!
New parts include: 302 motor, intake manifold, oil pan, oil pickup tube, throttle body, motor mounts, water pump, fuel injector seals, spark plugs and wires, distributor and I’m sure there is a few more. The biggest pain will be finding all of the nuts and bolts. If you’re willing to research but and bolt sizes, you can get new ones as you go or in advance if your good with this stuff. Someone else took it apart while I was at work and then my father’s garage became a storage dungeon.
So yes, it will need to be towed and yes, the motor is on a mount and not in the truck. Pictured is just a few parts. There are more on another table. Wow, that was a lot! Thanks for your patience if you read this.
