Really hate to let this one go. This is a Remington 1903a3 rifle that is in the process of being converted into an A4 sniper variant.
This rifle was handpicked from several 03s for its accuracy. It consistently shot 2.5" groups with standard M2 Ball ammo at 125 yards. The barrel is marked 7-44 and is of the 2 groove variety. The rifle is in excellent condition with a solid bore and barrel. The receiver was drilled and tapped by a professional gunsmith in Idaho and it is equipped with the Leupold reproductions of the correct Redfield Jr mount. I ordered a USGI Scant stock from Numrich so the stock would be correct for Vintage Sniper contests at the CMP, but never got it fitted. I just don’t have time to get into Vintage Sniper.
I can trade up or down. Interested in a Canik Rival, Combat TTI, revolvers, and Browning rifles. Ask, worst I can say is no. I can give you a bill of sale if you want. Will need to check your DL to verify residency and you have to be legally able to purchase a gun.
