Pre-VVTI engines aren’t as picky with timing belt issues. Post-VVTI you’ll get bent valves and whatnot if the timing belt goes. They’re all interference engines but the pre’s don’t seem to be quite as fragile when the belt goes. Just a fyi. If I had the money I’d scoop this bad boy up
