Item Description: I have for sale or trade a 2002 keystone hornet 27bs camper. We have used this camper all summer and have decided to upgrade for next year. Everything works as it should including heat, air, refridgerater , lights, brakes, plumbing and holding tanks,leveling jacks and water heater. It has bed up front and 3 bunks in rear, plus table makes a bed and foldout couch. the camper has nearly New tires and bearings were packed before this season. It does have little water damage from before I got it but does not hurt the function of the camper. The camper would be a good hunting camp camper or first camper for someone. It is ready to go camping. I will include load leveler hitch and full cover. The tv and awning lights do not go with the camper. I am asking $3700 or make an offer for trade. The camper is a 2002 and not a 2004. My bad.

Is the water leak fixed? How much damage?

Previous owner had roof resealed before I bought it. Never seen any leaks or there is not any funny smells. Water damage has not got any worse and I have not seen any signs of it still leaking. The damage is floor is soft under bunk bed and on back wall under bunk bed and floor is soft in front bin compartment also. If you just walk in camper you will never see it without crawling under bunk bed. I just like to be upfront and honest about condition.
