I believe this yr has a frame recall, might want to check if it's been done, it has a weak point in the neck of the frame, the fix was to weld a plate behind it

Thanks for the info, I will check with my buddy see if the frame has had the recall fixed and delete post if it is not.

Frame recall was completed in 2009 by a Suzuki dealership.
