I’m the original owner of this vehicle, purchasing it new from Hyundai in Riverdale, GA. It has been passed down to my daughter in 2012 and then to my son in 2016. It currently has 156,975 miles on it. It consistently gets 30-31 mpg combined city/highway driving. I had a new Hyundai factory transmission installed in October 2021 at 142,847 miles ($2500). A new water pump and timing belt were installed in March 2022 ($570). The tires are in good shape.
The bad: the passenger rear outside door handle is missing courtesy of a collision with a deer. Both of the front windshield window visors are broken, still have them but they aren’t attached. The ride is probably typical of a compact car that’s fifteen years old with high mileage.
